Musselburgh rose

Musselburgh is on the coast just to the east of Edinburgh. It's a good place for bird-watching particularly in winter and so I went for a walk with my friend Gill S along the river to the coast and round the sea wall to one of the lagoons (on reclaimed land), looking at birds (amongst other things). However, my camera isn't really up to photographing birds, so I was glad to find something I could get close enough to without it flying away.
