Restorative...

Have vowed that I'm going to make the most of my precious time off and try to get out with the camera as much as possible. So pottered down to the beach, playing with the new lens (hmmm - it's going to take a bit of getting to know better methinks) and making shell stacks.

Then it was time to do our annual re-run of Christmas Dinner, which we do just for the two of us. Lots of things on the menu I hadn't made before, but it has been deemed "delicious" by the O/H, who is now gathering his strength before we tackle dessert and the cheese board - heaven!
