The window in the wall.

This is on Leith Walk, I would be interested in knowing why an architect would leave such a large wall devoid of windows, even the fake ones Edinburgh is famous for.

It makes me think of stories like 'The Man in the Iron Mask', and 'The Secret of Terror Castle'.

Very relaxed day. Not done much. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
