CATCHING OYSTERS...

...or possibly worms. A little further along the beach and several hours later than Kath's dawn blip. I thought I'd better check that my legs still worked after the last couple of days spent almost completely inert! Fortunately they do, but more exercise wouldn't come amiss. I love oystercatchers - they make such a great noise, and you can hear them on the beach after dark.

Edit: I've changed the blip. Same subject, but I took this on my late Dad's Lumix. I've only just found the USB cable, and I think the photo is better. I'll probably be using this camera in future. Apologies to those who have already commented, but this pic is closer and sharper than the first one.
