Slippery!

The temperature has been yo-yoing between freezing and above freezing, which has caused many of the roads to become very slippery. We have guests visiting here in Puhos at the moment and they had to leave their car to the village hall parking lot (pictured), in case the hill and the road to our house is too slippery. As you can see, the parking lot is filled with slippery ice as well, but at least it's relatively flat. While getting the mail today I saw one of the neighbours get stuck with his car not far from his yard - and he was going downhill!
