Trapped nerve

I woke up at 2.30am with a stabbing pain in my back and I think that somehow I have a trapped nerve as it has been pretty bad all day - it is only really when I move my right leg!

After a bit of research on the internet (dangerous I know) I decided that the best thing would be to go for a stroll (Apparently gentle exercise can help to free it) so we headed up to Arundel where I knew it would be flat and I could walk in pretty much a straight line!

Anyway whilst we were there this lovely little Tree Creeper flew onto the tree in front of us - he was a bit of a pickle though as he would not stay still and this is the best snap that I could get of him..................
