So we played a game of missing letters this morning on Leith Walk, doing a short circuit over to the Polish Deli for bread and to Scotmid for some cream for soup made using leftover vegetables (can't be too parsimonious, now can we?).

We plan to go to the National Gallery this afternoon. Here's hoping that 10,000 other people haven't had the same thought.
