Baked Alaska

More baking, this time it's my flatmate's formidable Baked Alaska.

I'd never had this particular desert before and, since she kindly used non-dairy ice cream, I was able to stuff myself stupid on it!

I was worried the ice cream would melt as soon as it hit the oven but it held up well.
