Boxing Day planting

My son gave me some bulbs for Christmas...tulips, grape hyacinths, giganthiums (ornamentals of the allium family). Here he is digging little holes in a mossy, rocky bank to plant the grape hyacinths. A light rain is falling. We are all having a quiet day after all the "busyness" of Christmas. Lots of fun and laughter...Today I made a lovely pea soup using some turkey bones. Went for a run.
