Grabbed this of Betsy watching Devotional Live, a Christmas present from Nibs (who else?).

I wonder how many hours (many of them in the company of Nibs) I have wasted away in front of this very programme? Happy, happy days! Even now I know every word, every note, every movement Dave Gahan makes. I wish I had as good a memory for other things.

Had a very lovely lazy day today. Played Betsy's new Hobbit board game, did puzzles, read annuals together, the children played with their new stuff, and we did too.

Can't believe I got such a lovely whizzy new camera and am not using it for blipping yet. Been playing around with it but not sure how to work it properly yet.

Planning on watching Downton Christmas Special this evening. I love it but hope there isn't too much of boring Bates and his unlikely new wife. He could never get a girl like that in a million years. He has one facial expression and looks like a baked potato.

Planning to do much the same tomorrow, though may stick our noses outside the front door. Sadly my new bike has to be returned as it's too big. Feel very disappointed, and very short.
