ahhh pure unabashed post-christmas nostalgia

I miss my Grandad sooo much. This wee Morris Traveller attaches to a necklace; a present made for me by my lovely friend Lucy. She made it with my Grandfather Ronald in mind - I have mentioned before that he fitted all the wood on the Morris Travellers. And I miss him and my Nanny Alice always, but especially at this time of year - lots of anniversaries. So tonight, I shall raise a glass and remember them both with absolute happiness.

Oh, and that owl in the back is my new very lovely wise brooch from my babies - who know my style very well.
