Strawberries sans cream

My fault really as I failed to check the fridge before embarking on the strawberry chopping.

In tribute to Wimbledon men's semi final day and more accurately because they were half price in the shop it was strawberries for desert tonight.

Not quite the 27,000 kilos that are eaten during the tennis championship but merely enough to make me want to find a "pick your own" strawberry farm to relive childhood summer holidays.
