Brrrrrr soooo cold!

Christmas backblip 3- Aberdeen beach

I dragged Kirsty (sister-in-law) and Cameron into Aberdeen this morning so I could do their parkrun. It was freezing! The car said it was 5C but the wind chill must have been about -10. They huddled together in the cold while I got blown ran along the esplanade and back and got a new 5km pb.

In the afternoon we went to a Christingle service at church then out for an Indian meal, yum.
