Frankfurt Christmas Market

Lots of food stalls as you can imagine. I bought a delicious marzipan stollen which was also full of almond pieces - delicious! This stall was selling the wonderfully named shaumkuss - foam kisses - a waffle base, a foam center made of egg whites and a chocolate covering.
