Christmas Down Under

Neil's Facebook profile photo changed to this one today. Looks like he had a great time at the seaside on Christmas Day.

Today I have been wrapping presents again - still got loads to do.

In a moment I'm going to make some jam. Started a tradition last year when my daughter asked me to make her some jam as a Christmas gift. So last year I made some Persimmon jam which she said was nice. This year I'm making ..................... ??????. I'm not saying. Better keep it a secret for now as my daughter may look on here before Thursday and it will spoil the surprise. Hope it turns out OK as it's a recipe I haven't tried before.
