More haste....

...cloudy apple jelly !

obviously wasn't carefully enough in straining the jelly.

However the most frustrating thing was attempting the get the star anaise and all spice berries to be suspended in the jelly, as per the book, instead the pesky things kept bobbing to the surface..... arghhh !
