Boxing Day dinner

...for 2. Two single homemade (from leftover beef casserole) for Dave and me tonight. Very tasty there were. But they were "thermo-nuclear" to quote a now well known NZ police officer! ("Always blow on the pie" came to mind.)

A quiet day - early trip to hospital for Dave's jab, breakfast at the Antigua Boat-sheds (shown on the right in this blip), a bike ride around the neighbourhood together, lawn mowing and edge clipping and a bit of book reading.

You might have guessed we are home alone - Kariba left for North Island to see New Year in with friends.
