Pronta da infornare
The pizza is ready to go in the oven, and yes it is "produzione propria" (I made it).
I made the dough with the yeast in packets from Supermarket S and their very strong canadian wheat flour (lumberjack grade). On top, tomato, mozzarella, bacon and artichoke hearts (from Aldi) plus a sprinkling of origano. If anyone wants more details just ask.
Today is not the big one as the Ceccarelli do not arrive until tomorrow night.
However, I did prepare the dish already - Lasagne - and yes, they are "pronte da infornare". I know someone out there will correct me if I got the agreement wrong.
More on that tomorrow unless some fungus pops up and demands my attention.
