400th blip on Christmas Day!

Winds gusting to storm force on the fells, together with hill fog at 1500ft, meant that we had to change our plans today!

We walked from Thornthwaite up to Winlatter via a delightful combe. The round trip, including a picnic Christmas lunch of salmon pate rolls, stilton crackers and key lime pie, took about 3 hours.

So, my 400th blip isn't sensational after all!

Never mind...just another blip of Skiddaw!

I can hear the sound of sleigh bells disappearing in the distance! If you are good, blippers, I understand that they will be back again next year!
