Nookie Bear

This is the kind of Christmas present children recieved in my day! It's weird that I've kept him because he was never really a favourite of mine but he has survived all these years....he's lost his rosette and only one eye works, a bit like me! I always remember that my Mum used to make us go to bed much earlier than the other kids in the street so Nookie spent a lot of his early life being thrown through the bedroom window to the children still playing out, they would them spend ages trying to throw him back up, ahhhh, what fun we had!!
