The Water Slide

Well, we got through today pretty well all considered. My brother and sister in law came down from Tamworth to see us with their 3 children so there were lots of new faces for Liam. Tamworth is 6 hours drive from Sydney so we only get to see each other about twice a year. The water slide was a hit with all the children although my eldest has concussion trying to prove he could go the fastest and the furthest (eldest child syndrome). The kids payed well together and Liam tolerated the change in his routine reasonably well. in true Aussie style we had turkey on the BBQ which fastest good. I fell into a mini coma at about 4 pm due to too much fizzy French stuff but Liam made sure I didn't rest! Everybody tucked into bed and I'm about to turn the light off.
