A strange day...

Up early and we headed to Ayr for AM's funeral, it was strange to see peoplle we normally see the week after Christmas on Christmas Eve. It was quite fitting for AM's funeral to be today as this was the day that traditionally all her family got together to celebrate the festive season, she would have loved it. It was a lovely service.

We also have a family gathering at S and D's on Christmas Eve. We had the usual mad games and lots of food and wine. The only thing missing was K who sadly had to work, however we saved him a cracker or two! There was also a bakery of cakes there, as the kids had baked, so we had chocolate cake, carrot cake, krispie cakes and Grampa made a Victoria sponge too.
I am sooooooooo full!!
Blip tonight is a family group taken on timer with my Gorilla Joby, (honestly that's it's name!!).
Wonder what Santa will bring tomorrow? Have a great Christmas eve folks!
