Xmas Eve

Walked all the way to Scheveningen at the beach today. Witnessed an ice-skating rink, loads of decorations, a Santa and lots of Xmas cheer.

On the way back this blue tree caught my eye. Why does everything look doubly Xmasy at night? Had a nice dinner with a friend and walked home surrounded by church bells chiming. Love it all. Almost Xmas day as I write this - our first European Xmas.

No snow!
