Went for a walk in Birnam Wood earlier with my camera. It was drizzly and the light was completely uninspiring. Then I stumbled across a beautifully creepy looking old Victorian ice-house 'He who dares wins' I thought. I positioned the camera on the ground, looking up at to capture the dark clouds. I carefully positioned a hard grad filter to compensate for the brighter sky... and ...click... no memory card in the camera, and i hadn't put any in the newly bought stills bag.
