The Yule Log Cabin

A busy Christmas Eve, but productive - I built a house.

Actually it was supposed to be an ordinary yule log but when I rolled it up it looked like a log cabin so a few additions later and a sprinkling of snow and hey presto!

Shape aside the taste should be worth waiting for ...

As Christmas is now upon us, I would like to reflect on my favourite pastimes, namely blipping and cooking, and the oft quoted view that Christmas is mainly for children (not true actually, at least for me; I think I enjoy it far more than I did when a boy).But going with the flow of my own life and the widely held belief that little un's are the principal beneficiaries of festive cheer, may I just say: Here's to blippers, nippers and kitchen fanatics everywhere. Have a great couple of days and I hope it lives up to expectations.
