Christmas Cake

My mother and sister arrived yesterday - now Christmas feels like it has begun. As soon as they arrived, I put them to work, doing lots of festive cooking, and today from first thing we've been hard at it, making fondant roses to top the Christmas cake. Well, I say hard at it, there's only so hard at it one can be with a bit of icing - but anyway, it's been a busy morning!
