Turkeys off the menu!

Strolling through the market today (it's Christmas week so the market isn't just on Saturday) and I come across a sight I've never seen before.....outside the butchers I spy a huge rail, upon which were hanging many many Pheasants!!!!!!

Not that I'm adverse to a posh bird, but they never usually hang around these parts. Shame I already have my Turkey otherwise one of these beauties would've been coming home with me for Christmas dinner.

2 for £15.....what a bargain ;)
