A sports photog I'm not!

The lighting, the distance, and my inexperience with sports photography all conspired against me in getting today's blip. I consider myself a nature photographer, but the athletic endeavors of my grandchildren sometimes need to be blipped. Today Emmy had another swim meet at an amazing facility called Spire Institute. And what a fantastic pool, not to mention the rest of the facility. Emmy did well. She swam in several events, including the anchor leg of the 200 meter relay, which is when I snapped this picture of her diving off the block. Good job, Em!
