Christmas Tree

yup....your eyes do not deceive you THIS IS A CHRISTMAS TREE!!

There should have been three defined layers, but somehow the third layer of schnapps melted into the creme de menthe when the cherry was added....bloody chemistry interacting with the laws of physics or something important like that I expect.

Should you wish to replicate the above drink you will need, per person, a measure of grenadine, a measure of creme de menthe and a measure of schnapps. Layer one over the other by pouring over a teaspoon slowly. And eat the damned cherry instead of dipping it in if you have all three layers!


You may also need nerves of steel to drink it, but I managed and it's not that bad really. (Please note, it was NOT that bad, but I have no desire for another)


There is also another recipe that has Irish Cream as the final layer, I may try that when I can find a willing victim another day.
