Per Se

We celebrated Sean's birthday a day late with dinner at Per Se in NYC. The restaurant is owned by Thomas Keller, of French Laundry fame in Napa. It was the most expensive meal I've ever eaten, but each dish was completely new and original. It was unlike anything I've ever had before. And it was all delicious, even the things I didn't think I liked, such as Oysters.
