Hot out of the kiln...

Yes, I'm quietly pleased with this dish, my latest creation to survive the rigours of the firing process.
I like the random patterning (wax-resist); my friend and I spent a few minutes spotting creatures that seemed to come and go, to shape-shift, amongst the squiggles, like cloud-watching... the joy of using organic materials that have a "spirit" of their own.

Well, it keeps me off the streets....!
