Light in the Forest

I finished two paintings today at Studio UFO. You can see them both on Ann Chaikin Fine Art. I chose this one to blip because it is the more abstract of the two. The other should look a bit familiar since I blipped the photo it is based on.

Today and tomorrow the Wednesday and Thursday painting groups are having their Christmas party. We have a pot luck lunch and give and receive paintings. I go both days since I paint both days. Usually I'm busy on Wednesdays but paint on that day whenever I'm free. That's because I love both groups and really enjoy painting with them. There is a different quality and wonderful artists in each group.
