Shouldn't have been hand-held but the palava of setting up the tripod would definitely have sent her scurrying for better cover. I did remember to set the camera to museum mode so all the beeps wouldn't scare her away either. Catch-as-catch-can.

I'm going to play a couple of tunes on the dulcimer before Mass on Christmas Eve and was practicing those today. Took a self-portrait of myself playing; in profile . . . better do something about that gut I thought when I saw the result which you can also see on Flickr.
