Barriers

Just a quick blip of part of Eldest Son's GCSE exam piece as I was photographing them today at work. I tried to make a montage of this and the finished piece but I haven't got time to faff about with layers and backgrounds etc!

It is a Rodchenko/Phillips/Colonel Saunders kinda thing, all about barriers in society - freedom of thought - advertising pressure in the modern world etc.

The Humument meets KFC.

The finished piece is a book of prints onto pages from Pendennis, some of himself and some of the KFC logo, with inspiration from The Commissar Vanishes thrown in for good measure.
