Have yourself a tacky little Christmas

The staff at B's school did a Secret Santa - the theme of which was tacky Christmas. And B was given this. It's quite big: about 6" high. Arthur put it on the mantelpiece but it mysteriously ended up back in its box. I'm with Arthur on this one. Perhaps we should glue it to the mantelpiece.
