Three stages of life

Not sure where this poppy came from, I haven't had these in my garden for years.

Had some planted under my daughter's bedroom window and then one day I walked past and realised they had all been cut off and removed. Horrible feeling to think that sort of person had been right outside my daughter's room, she was only about 8 at the time, so I never grew them again.

However these came up by themselves and I've left them, hopefully others will too. Apparently although they are opium poppies you can't get opiates out of them. who knows.
