Jelly Bag Cap - Zipfelmuetze

Not sure if the translation is correct, but this "Jelly Bag Cap" on my fathers head only comes out when it snows - and it did last night which made the boys very happy. They built a very happy snowman.
The nice thing about the hat is that it is older than me (I think) and I remember it from my childhood!
