Nice and Warm

This morning we went to the children's centre for a playgroup. Elizabeth did some painting, she played with the fake snow for ages, and she ate lots of biscuits.

This afternoon we went to the breastfeeding cafe. Elizabeth played with the toys, climbed on the chairs and ate a lot of biscuits... oops not a healthy eating day at all!

Elizabeth doesn't get sugary treats at home, unless we do baking (like tomorrow!). But I won't deny her them when they're sat out on a table and other people are eating them, that's just unfair.

The breastfeeding cafe is pretty good now. When I last went there were only 2 of us that regularly attended, and the supporter, so 3 of us in total. This time there seems to be 4 regulars, the supporter and a lady from the children's centre. So it's a nice crowd to chat with. Unfortunately it clashes with one of Elizabeth's groups. So after the holidays we'll go every other week.

Oh, and Rebecca went 7 and a half hours between feeds last night! She also had her first expressed bottle and took it really well. I wonder if that helped her sleep longer. Elizabeth helped to give her another bottle tonight. She loved that, I think they both did!
