This is part of the old Victoria Hospital on Battlefield Road.



I've had two run ins with bewilderingly rude people today - once on the phone and the other at an appointment.

I once worked in a call centre so make a point of always being nice to others who do. Although it would seem some people hate their jobs so much they don't even feign politeness. It annoys me more than it should!
