Coos

I skipped swimming tonight cos I'm taking it easy training-wise in preparation for saturday's race. So I went to get a blip at Flotterstone and the only thing around was flies - it's muggy, still and feels like rain. Still, I found a couple of coos that weren't camera-shy - there were even more flies there.
