Pink Dawn

Busy day with visit to optician in Campbeltown this morning followed by the funeral of a close friend and highly regarded member of the community here in Carradale.

I had hoped there would be a good sunrise, which I could blip on the road to Campbeltown. However, the clouds were still heavy near the horizon and all that appeared was a pink hue that filled the sky and reflected nicely off Torrisdale Bay. By the time we got to the "Wee Toon" the clouds had thickened and the chance of further blips gone.

Never mind, there is always tomorrow!
