The Swiss Centre... there it was... gone!

I had no real affection for the building, or the bell ringers who never seemed to be in key, but you notice when it's not there anymore.

I went into town this afternoon to see the graduate work at The Photographers Gallery.

On the station platform at Queens Park I spotted a chap with a twin lens reflex, started chatting to him and carried on all the way to Baker Street. It turned out he was a celebrity snapper and spookily enough, not only did he live in my road, but also in the same house where I rented a room in 1984.

Day two of The Food Doctor 7 day detox and I'll already feeling a lot better. Caffeine hangover nearly gone, sleeping for longer, but that's good after June.
