All a bit much...

Well the red word in the photo describes the mental state I entered almost as soon as I entered the shopping centre in 'South-ampton' (that's just for you Grumps)
I exited 3 hours later - all done. I can't say it was an enjoyable experience.

Lots of people - many of them rude, disproportionately stressed or both.
Some really lovely shop assistants - who put up with the above people.
Huge amounts of money being spent on 'stuff'.

As I passed through feeling slightly 'detached' I wondered why?
