Great wok!

I was the very lucky recipient of a Briscoes 'you'll never buy better' voucher recently.

Briscoes have had quite a few discount evenings of late and I bought this great non-stick wok (with a lid) last week. It's so nice to use! Tonight's dinner was a Madhur Jaffrey chicken curry with okra.

Many more happy nights of cooking ahead I feel.
