Gingerbread man

Took Juno round the streets checking out some skips.

Work was a punnet of pleasures.

Great run at lunchtime, I struggled but it was great being out running up the hill.

Walked home via the shops and out at Ikea after tea.

Chloe one of the Monday runners made me a gingerbread man, very kind of her and it was wonderful.
