Site meeting

A very chilly wind greeted us today on our land. L and I got there early to chainsaw firewood and then Christophe the builder arrived and then Christine the French architect and then the builder's boss, M. Mas (that's him in the orange jacket looking like a giant Swan Vesta.)
So this is the plan.
This afternoon the big digger was arriving. The land will be terrassed tomorrow so that the water is diverted away from the foundations. The foundations will be dug on Wednesday. The cement lorry is booked on Thursday to pour the foundations.
We are optimistic.
Our fingers are crossed.
And yes, we do believe in Santa Claus.
