Woke up early today...decided to go out to the local park and enjoy the morning. I had the worst headache last night - almost felt like a migraine coming on - took some meds...lit a candle and sat on the sofa for a few hours.

Im feeling a lot better today, still a little tension in the back of my neck...nothing that a massage wont fix ;) Im hoping it was just a headache and not the start of a migraine...those suck.
