Christmas?

We're getting there, slowly.

Yesterday, at the age of 21, I tried my first ever mince pie. To my surprise it was really quite nice.

Today I made my first ever batch of mince pies and they are really quite delicious. So much so that in the space of 24hours I have gone from never having had a mince pie to having, well, quite a few!

At a time when life is feeling all a little disjointed it was nice to have a small piece of joy :]
