Decided to have a quiet night tonight so I could be fresh for Sal's birthday tomorrow. In light of this I offered to drive Mum to her Christmas party so she could have a few drinks and enjoy herself.

Me and Soph decided to go to Matt's whilst I waited to take mum home, this is the beautiful Soph waiting outside Matt's flat. We ended up going for a couple of drinks (strictly diet coke for me) and Soph wanted to see a 'friend' of hers which I was happy to do but Matt was hungry and went home. Of course we got there and her 'friend' obviously wondered what on earth I was doing there so I crept off and distracted myself in the toilets for a while. Mum called needing to be picked up so I went to find them just in time to intrude on their first kiss. oops. I felt very old tonight.
