Palma belen

A school trip to Palma started with chocolate and ensaimada for some with a sweeter tooth and then a walk round a few of the nativity scenes. This is the best, an impressive and huge display. The creator (from Girona) was there to answer any questions about the models and what he uses to make them. Everything more or less from recycled objects like buttons and walking stick tips. One of the houses is a recreation of his boyhood home. So sweet.

I am now aching a bit. If you see a picture of me attempting to ice skate with a plastic penguin, you'll know why. I didn't fall over, which was my main aim.
